The H2O Wireless SIM card can be used with any unlocked AT&T phone and any quad-band unlocked GSM phone. Phones must operate on the "850/1900" 3G frequency bands to get 3G high-speed data, otherwise you may only achieve up to 2G speeds. After activating, just pop it in your phone* and start calling. You can choose from many H2O Wireless service plans.
